Welcome to D10 Leaks ("D10 Leaks", "we", "us", "our"), a Discord community and marketplace for original FiveM content, including graphics packs, sound packs, blood FX, PC optimization, and related digital goods and services. By joining our Discord server, using our bot, visiting d10leaks.xyz, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
"D10 Leaks" is a brand name only. Despite the name, we do not sell pirated, stolen, or unlawfully obtained ("leaked") material. Everything offered through D10 Leaks is created by us or by our approved sellers, or is otherwise properly licensed for sale. We are an independent community and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cfx.re, the FiveM project, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Discord, or any other third party mentioned on our platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and our services, or older if the law where you live requires it (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union). By using D10 Leaks you confirm that you meet the minimum age in your country and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. You must also comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
D10 Leaks offers digital goods and services, including but not limited to FiveM graphics packs, sound packs, blood FX, PC optimization, and VIP access. Some products are made and sold by individual sellers within our community, and prices are set by those sellers and may change at any time. We act as the platform and community that connects buyers and sellers, and we facilitate orders through support tickets on our Discord server.
All content sold or shared through D10 Leaks remains the intellectual property of its creator or licensor. If you believe that any content offered through D10 Leaks infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us via Discord with details identifying the content and your rights, and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. We prohibit our sellers from uploading content they do not own or have the right to sell.
Purchases are arranged through support tickets on our Discord server. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, and gift cards (we do not accept Venmo). Payments are made directly to the seller or to us through those payment providers; we never ask for, see, or store your full card, bank, or payment-account credentials. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by seller and change without notice. You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges.
Our products are digital and are usually delivered instantly once payment is confirmed. Because of this, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once a file has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted, except where a refund is required by law.
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing and requesting immediate access to a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise defective; in those cases you remain entitled to the remedies provided by your local consumer-protection law.
Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files on your own FiveM server. You may not:
Breaching this license may result in immediate loss of access without a refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to the rights holder.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital goods may result in permanent removal from D10 Leaks and all associated communities. We cooperate with payment providers to contest fraudulent claims and may pursue recovery through available legal channels.
Members must treat staff, sellers, and other members with respect. We reserve the right to remove content and revoke access, without refund, for conduct we deem harmful, including harassment, doxxing, spamming, scams, or distributing malware. To keep the community safe, our bot automatically screens messages, links, images, and file attachments for scams and malicious files and may remove them and log the event (see our Privacy Policy · Blog).
Our services run on Discord and rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, and other functions. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third-party platform or payment provider.
We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Products, prices, and features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services; use is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our community and services at any time for breach of these terms or applicable rules. You may stop using our services and leave our Discord server at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you keep the protections granted by your local law and may bring proceedings in your home courts where the law allows.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
