Fanum Exposes a Clickbaiter.. · 8:04
A YouTuber put together an eight minute video built almost entirely around D10. D10 RP, D10 Leaks, the logo, the Discord, the lot. The angle was that the whole thing is a pay-to-win scam. Fanum pulled it up live on stream and went through it line by line in front of his chat.
What the video actually claimed
The creator spent most of the runtime on two things: that D10 RP is "the worst pay to win scheme I've ever seen", and that D10 Leaks exists as "an entire server just for leaking" sitting behind it. He pulled up our logo on stream, went through the Discord, and framed the whole operation as a scam.
He also worked in a third server, Southside RP, and used Fanum's face in the thumbnail, which is the part that got Fanum's attention in the first place.
How Fanum responded
Not well, for the guy who made it. Fanum's read was that the video was promo dressed up as an exposé:
"This whole video is promo for his bum ass server."
On the pay-to-win claim specifically, he did not hedge:
"You cannot pay to win in D10, bro. I am sorry, gang. You cannot pay to win."
He backed it with the actual mechanics, pointing out that the fastest vehicles in the server are the ones you earn in-game, and that a paid vehicle is slower than what you can get by playing. As he put it: "there's no way to buy money in D10."
The Southside shoutout
Partway through, the creator flashed a Discord that was not ours at all. Fanum caught it in real time:
"He randomly shows a different Discord. This is not D10 Discord, gang. It says Southside RP. I don't know who that is. Shout out to the Southside RP people."
Southside RP is run by the same people behind D10 Leaks, so that one landed a little closer to home than he realised.
Why we are posting about it
Because it is a fair question and it deserves a straight answer. D10 Leaks is a community hub for FiveM packs. Graphics, blood FX, sound packs, optimisation. Joining is free, everything is up front, and there is no in-game advantage being sold to anybody. If somebody tells you otherwise, come and look for yourself.
The wider point is simpler. When your name shows up in someone else's thumbnail and one of the biggest creators in the scene spends ten minutes talking about it, that is not a bad week for the hub.
